3.6.2 The factory shall continually improve the effectiveness of the incoming materials control system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions and management review. 工廠必須通過使用以下的質(zhì)量工具來持續(xù)的改善有效的“來料控制系統(tǒng)”，包括：品質(zhì)政策/目標(biāo)、審核結(jié)果 、數(shù)據(jù)分析、糾正與預(yù)防行動(dòng)報(bào)告以及管理評(píng)審報(bào)告。

NOTE: The factory top management shall appoint a member of management who, irrespective of other responsibilities, shall have responsibility and authority that includes:

a) Ensuring that processes needed for the incoming materials  control system are well established, implemented and maintained;

b) Reporting to top management on the performance of the incoming materials  control system and any need for improvement, and

向最高管理層報(bào)告“來料控制系統(tǒng)”執(zhí)行中所做的任何的改正，和

c) Ensuring the promotion of awareness of Hasbro QA requirements.

確保在工廠內(nèi)提升Hasbro QA要求的意識(shí)

3.6.3 Any corrective action must be reported to and agreed by responsible Hasbro QA personnel. Depending on the severity of the incidence, extra follow-up audit(s) may be arranged by Hasbro QA or third party auditors to verify effectiveness of the corrective actions, these activities shall be properly recorded. 任何的糾正行動(dòng)必須向Hasbro QA人員報(bào)告并取得同意。根據(jù)可能發(fā)生的頻率，可能要安排一個(gè)由Hasbro QA人員或第三方進(jìn)行的特別跟進(jìn)審核，此審核會(huì)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)挠涗洝?/p>

3.7 Internal Audits 內(nèi)部審核

3.7.1 The factory shall establish a procedure to manage an audit program regarding the hazardous chemicals control system, establishing records and reporting results with reference to Hasbro QA requirements. 工廠應(yīng)該建立“有害化學(xué)物質(zhì)控制系統(tǒng)”的內(nèi)審程序，參照Hasbro QA要求建立記錄與報(bào)告。

NOTE: Any follow-up activity shall include the verification of the actions taken and the reporting of verification results. 所有的跟進(jìn)行動(dòng)必須包括驗(yàn)證所採取的行動(dòng)與報(bào)告所驗(yàn)證的結(jié)果

3.7.2 Internal audits shall be conducted at planned intervals (at least once every 6 months) to determine whether the incoming materials control system: 內(nèi)部審核應(yīng)該在計(jì)劃的間隔期內(nèi)執(zhí)行（至少每6個(gè)月一次）以驗(yàn)證“來料控制系統(tǒng)”

a) Conforms to the planned arrangements, to the requirements of Hasbro QA specifications and to the quality management system requirements established by the factory, an符合已計(jì)劃好的安排，Hasbro QA規(guī)格的要求與工廠建立質(zhì)量管理體系的要求，并且

b) Is effectively implemented and maintained. 是得到有效執(zhí)行和維護(hù)的

NOTE: For new factory, there should be at least one internal audit performed before Hasbro audit. 對(duì)於新工廠，在Hasbro騐厰前必須進(jìn)行至少一次的內(nèi)部審核。

4.Additional Requirements for Hasbro QA Approved Material Suppliers 孩之寶QA認(rèn)可原材料供應(yīng)商的附加要求

4.1 All Hasbro QA approved material suppliers are required to:所有孩之寶QA指定的材料供應(yīng)商必須滿足以下要求：

4.1.1 Comply to all requirements in section 3 of this document.遵守文件第三部分的所有要求

4.1.2 Subscribe the Material CMD (MCMD) platform. 訂購MCMD平臺(tái)

4.1.3 Ensure only the approved ingredients in MCMD platform shall be used to manufacture any Hasbro material. The approved ingredients shall be maintained in a list and updated whenever required.確保僅在MCMD平臺(tái) 認(rèn)可的物質(zhì)被用於生產(chǎn)孩之寶的材料。這些認(rèn)可的物質(zhì)必須保持在清單上並按要求隨時(shí)更新。

4.1.4. Perform batch testing on incoming raw materials according to QA051 and any additional item as determined necessary by Hasbro chemist ，unless otherwise approved in writing by Hasbro QA. 來料的批次應(yīng)該參照QA051和孩之寶化學(xué)師額外指定的要求分批進(jìn)行測(cè)試。

NOTE: For Hasbro QA approved printers, batch testing should be performed according to SRS-082. If specified by Hasbro factories that the printing materials will be RETAINABLE and therefore being regarded as part of the toys, additional tests according to QA051 shall be performed.對(duì)于孩之寶的指定印刷商，應(yīng)依SRS-082的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行批次測(cè)試，如果被孩之寶指定的工廠，生產(chǎn)”可保留”并將成為產(chǎn)品一部分的印刷材料，須按QA051進(jìn)行添加劑測(cè)試.
