Auditor Training By Assessment Service Providers

TCCC expects assessment service providers to train all auditors conducting facility

assessments for TCCC on the use of the TCCC protocols and program materials

referenced in this handbook. Auditors must be able to demonstrate a thorough

understanding of the Assessment Protocol, Employee Interview Notes, Violation Matrix,

and Assessment Summary Report (ASR). In addition, the auditors must understand

TCCC’s assessment scoring and the color classification rating systems. All protocols and

program materials, along with complete instructions, are included in this handbook.

TCCC Training for TCCC-Owned Facilities and Bottlers

Auditors that assess any TCCC-owned facility or bottler are to be trained by TCCC

before conducting the assessment. To facilitate an effective assessment, TCCC requires

all auditors who assess company-owned facilities to undergo training on the company’s

unique production processes and facility attributes. Such training ensures the auditors

understand components of the assessment that may require special attention based on

TCCC’s experience operating its own facilities. Our training program also assists the

auditors in understanding how to obtain the relevant facility documentation efficiently

and with minimal disruption to facility operations.

TCCC will provide training to assessment service providers as needed. Specifically, the

company will focus on geographic areas where a high volume of assessments are

expected, as well as areas where a unique assessment environment exists that warrants

special consideration.
