3.3 Process Control 過程控制

3.3.1 The factory shall take effective measures in managing the incoming materials, components, work in progress (WIP) or finished products, including the equipment / tools / fixtures / jigs / auxiliary materials…etc., during storage, transport release and production. The designated usage(s) of each tool and auxiliary material shall be evaluated by the factory to avoid cross-contamination. 在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)輸和生產(chǎn)過程中、工廠應(yīng)采取有效措施以管理來料、零部件、半成品或成品、設(shè)備、工夾具、輔料等。工廠評(píng)估過每一工具及輔料所需的用量以防止交義污染。

NOTE: The factory shall set up reasonable test plan for the painted (including but not limited to sprayed, tempo, silk-screen… etc.) & molded parts, tools and auxiliary materials used in production.工廠應(yīng)為用於生產(chǎn)的油漆件 (包括但不限于噴油、移印、絲印…等)及注塑件、工具和輔助材料建立合理的油漆測(cè)試計(jì)劃 。

3.3.2 The factory shall establish procedures on suitable cleaning methods in the production facilities for batches involving the use of different materials; this should be implemented with records. 工廠必須建立程序以規(guī)定車間生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品或產(chǎn)品所用的物料批次出現(xiàn)變更前, 需先經(jīng)過合適的清潔程序並保留相應(yīng)的清潔記錄。

3.3.3 For electronic items, the factory shall monitor and document the temperature of equipment or instruments (e.g. soldering irons, reflow soldering ovens, wave soldering machines, refrigerators for storing soldering paste and black glue) used in the production process daily, using properly calibrated equipment. 對(duì)於電子部件，工廠應(yīng)該使用經(jīng)校準(zhǔn)的儀器來監(jiān)控在日常生產(chǎn)過程中使用到的設(shè)備或儀器的溫度（如電烙鐵、回流焊爐、波峰焊機(jī)、用於存儲(chǔ)焊錫膏與黑膠的冰箱等）並保留相應(yīng)的溫度監(jiān)控記錄 。

3.4 System of Traceability 追溯系統(tǒng)

3.4.1 The factory shall establish a backward and forward traceability system to keep track of the production information of all items relating to incoming material, WIP and finished product batches/lots and their respective test reports, CoC or any other supporting documents. 工廠應(yīng)該建立一個(gè)從後到前和從前到後的追溯系統(tǒng)，以確保追蹤到所有項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)品信息，包括來料、在製品和成品和批次號(hào) ，並有分別的測(cè)試報(bào)告，COC或其它支持文件。

3.4.2 The documentation of raw materials includes:原材料信息應(yīng)該包括：

a) Name, material code (if any) & batch number; 名稱、材料代碼（如適用）&批次號(hào)

b) Date received and quantity   接收日期和數(shù)量

c) Reference to valid test reports / certificates; 有效的測(cè)試報(bào)告/聲明書

d) Name of the laboratory, test specification; 實(shí)驗(yàn)室名稱、測(cè)試內(nèi)容

e) Any other relevant information; 其它相關(guān)信息

All the information shall be traceable and identifiable from the production summary of each Hasbro’s item.從Hasbro每個(gè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)報(bào)表都可以追溯和區(qū)分以上所有信息。

3.4.3 The production records for all WIP shall include:

a) Date and quantity produced;

b) Batch information of all materials and/or components consumed;

c) Batch information of all components produced or date-code and PO of all finished products produced;所有在制品的生產(chǎn)記錄應(yīng)該包括：

a)日期和產(chǎn)品數(shù)量

b)所有原材料或銷毀配件的批次信息

c)所有在制品的批次信息或日子印和生產(chǎn)中成品的PO

3.4.4 When testing is performed by subcontractor, all information shall be consolidated in a summary table and attached together with valid test reports / declarations, in PDF format per each lot of material, when releasing the products to Hasbro vendors. Second level subcontracting is not allowed. 當(dāng)測(cè)試由分包商執(zhí)行時(shí)，每一批次的物料所有的信息要寫進(jìn)一個(gè)摘要表上，并附上有效的測(cè)試報(bào)告/聲明書，此文件應(yīng)用PDF格式。當(dāng)Hasbro的供應(yīng)商放行生產(chǎn)時(shí)，再次分包是不可接受的。

3.4.5 The factory shall prepare a summary that clearly documents the materials and manufacturing source (contract vendor or subcontractor) used in the production of Hasbro product. 工廠應(yīng)該準(zhǔn)備一份摘要清楚地標(biāo)明用於生產(chǎn)Hasbro產(chǎn)品的材料和生產(chǎn)來源（合同供應(yīng)商或分包商）

3.4.6 All records including those from the subcontractors or suppliers shall be maintained at the factory’s premises, and shall be easily accessed. 為方便檢查，所有記錄包括分包商與供應(yīng)商都要存在本厰。
